Joint exercises of emergency services took place down the M-3 "Ukraina" highway in Kaluga Oblast
Joint tactical and special exercises involving units of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Traffic Inspectorate, and Russian Highways State Company took place at km 300 of the M-3 "Ukraina" federal highway.
During the training, actions were practiced for eliminating the consequences of a road traffic accident on an expressway, inter-service coordination for the rapid closure of a road section, setting up safe detours, and keeping drivers informed.
Special attention was paid to ensuring the safety of road users, reducing the response time and coordination of all involved units.
Conducting such exercises allows to increase the operational readiness of response services for emergency situations and ensure a high level of safety on expressways.
